Not that you'll need it, but...
I want you to love what I've made for you. I want it to be just what you had in mind! So if it's not? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to me in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus original shipping costs.
If there is a problem with your item that can be fixed, like it doesn't fit or I've made some massive error, then let me know and we'll make a plan for you to send it back to me and we'll try again because I really want you to LOVE it! Really love it. That is my main goal.
Our postal system generally does a fantastic job and I have confidence in them to get your item to you in the manner they say they will. However, if something unforeseeable happens, let me know, and we will try to figure out a solution together.
The cost of returning an item to me is your responsibility. Shipping charges are only refundable if the mistake is mine and in that case, I will fix it and refund shipping or give you a full refund if that's what you would prefer.
