Every piece of ToryMakes' collection is handmade to order. That means that when you make your purchase, I'm creating a specific hat, just because you ordered it. There is no warehouse full of musty smelling hats here! My turn around time is officially, ten business days. In that time I'll make you a hat and pop it into the mail!

Some times, I'm ahead of schedule and orders will be complete with time to spare. If you have a time frame that must be met, please, let me know BEFORE you order to make sure that I can get it to you in that time. I have a "rush" add-on you may purchase with your order than will ensure your hat is ready within two (2) days of purchase. That listing can be found here:

If you have an address change or a special request, please include it with your order to ensure that I get the message before I put your item in the mail.

Domestic shipping is $3.50 for most hats with a discount for additional items. All packages are shipped First Class with USPS and domestic packages take 3-5 days for delivery. International postage prices vary, as do shipping times. I've had some packages get to Europe in 5 days and others take over a month. International times REALLY vary! You can see all shipping costs when items are added to your shopping cart.


International buyers, please know your countries policies on taxes/custom/duty fees. They will be your responsibility upon delivery of your package. For UK buyers: Anything worth £15+ which is imported from a non-EU country will be charged VAT at 20%, plus an additional £8 handling fee.

I ship using USPS First Class Mail which usually takes about 3-5 days for domestic items and up to two weeks for international. Delivery confirmation/tracking is standard and you will get that information in an email letting you know when your order has shipped.
